Our kombucha is naturally cultured using green tea, organic cane sugar, and a SCOBY - that’s a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. We take the SCOBY out before it gets to you, but the friendly bacteria, vitamins, and enzymes stay put. You can use our kombucha as a marinade, add it to soaking grains, or just drink it.
